The LPS Code Enforcement Summit in Ft. Myers, Florida on May 11, 2011.

This Summit is brought to you by the South West Association of Code Enforcement (SWACE) and the Florida Association of Code Enforcement (FACE). It is a FREE event for all Code Enforcement personnel.

You will learn;
• How foreclosure laws and timelines affect property preservation;
• Strategies for identifying the party responsible for maintaining a property;
• Who to contact to help remedy potential or previously issued code violations.

The Code Enforcement Summit is an opportunity to connect with field service professionals, real estate agents, default attorneys and asset managers who are dedicated to working with municipalities to address code violations and other vacant property maintenance issues.
The presentations will provide Code Enforcement personnel with a summary of services provided by Field Services companies as well as a foreclosure preservation timeline.
The LPS Code Enforcement Summit series is on ongoing outreach effort by the Field Services industry to educate and communicate with Code Enforcement departments around the country. As part of this effort, LPS works with numerous national and state organizations to offer continuing education hours to hundreds of Code Enforcement professionals free of charge. The Code Enforcement Summit is accredited by the American Association of Code Enforcement (AACE) as well as the Florida Association of Code Enforcement (FACE) to award continuing education units for attending our event.
